working as an architect in Czech Republic

• Hello all,
  My name in Maria and I am a romanian architect. I am aware that my country and its institutions are not well seen but I am wondering whether it is possible to work as an employee in Czech Republic?
  I have 5 years experience in the filed and I think that will be more appreciated in your country than in mine.
  Do you know any other romanian architects working there?
