Management Consultant/ Business Analyst Position

I am finding it somewhat challenging to know where to find open positon purely because you spend quite a while filling in your details to find that there is a catch in the end - that you are requested to pay for the service (which was not highlighted initially).
I have been in Finance for 10 years of my life, following this was a SQL programmer (BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science) and now a Business Analyst.
I have learnt and developed my skillset - I am looking for a exciting role whereby I can act as a bridge between management and stakeholder. Help invesitage business problems to highlight the impact on the business, conversing with various stakeholders and finially present my findings including solutions.

I have worked in the IT Industry/ Telecom and Entertainment Industry. Currently I am working for Cisco as a Business Analyst and would like the opportunity to be sponsered by a company and move to Dubai.

I would appreciate if you would be so kind and guide me to various sites that may be of some help.
