  I have 3 years recruitment experience within an agency environment in the construction industry. I am now keen to move to Dubai to develop my career within In-house recruitment. Does anyone know of any companies that might be interested in my skills?

  Lucy, i recenlty relocated from th UK to dubai, having secured an inhouse role for a global engineering / construction company. unfortuntly, on my 3rd day here, the job was withdrawn due to a sudden downturn in the market. credit crunch etc blah blah...
  
  so my advice is, when interviwing for a role here in the current economic climate. make sure the company is confident and secure.
