Need Help

I am From Nepal, I am coming in Dubai within next couple of weeks. So, i want to get some information regarding "Work Permit" for visit visa holders.
In other words, i want to apply for work permit while i will be in Dubai. Is it possible or not? And I want to know the time duration of approval & the charges. And any other that I should know about it. Hope you would kindly help me on the topic.
