sustainable pay?

• hi, can someone advise me if 2500 dirham is a reasonable or sustainable salary in dubai? i will be working in a hotel, given that accomodation, food and transport are provided?
  
  i'm concerned because i'm paid higher in my country, but i had wanted to experience working in dubai.
  
  i read in this forum that everything in dubai is cheap (how true?) except accomodation, and mine will be taken care of.

  I tell you, Dubai is the kind of city where you can have good meal for 5 Dirhams or you could get a lunch for $20.
  It all depends on how you want your lifestyle to be.....
