Waiting for my employment visa for a long time now...

  Please advise me on what to do about my employment visa which until now since Kish days i'm still waiting here in the Philippines. I have the same concern with Ms. Maui. But my case is really frustrating and unprofessional on my company's part. I already have contract with them (employment letter) which i signed before my tourist visa lapsed last October 2008 the reason why i exited in KIsh. My company abandoned me for 2 months in kIsh (November to December 2008) still without visa. I suffered a lot there. Then I applied for another tourist visa so that i can come back to confront them. They say sorry to me and promised me that I will not exit anymore and will take care of my visa now. That promise went pffft..they just use my tourist visa for 1 month and last day of January 2009 they told me to exit again bu this time in the pHilippines now promising again that my visa will come out soon maybe 2 weeks they say. It's already 1 month since i exit last January and it's already February 2009, still there's no feedback from them everytime i make a follow-up of the status of my visa.
  Is there any legal way for me to sue them once i come back? Do i have the right to get my past salary because of this exit and because i'm already an official employee from them working already the whole month of January. They told me before to wait but no follow-up already.
  How can i check my visa status? Please help me on this agony of mine...

Employment Visa Duration
