Job Visa in Dubai

• Hi..
  
  Iam currently working for a company in Saudi Arabia and have received a job offer from a company in Dubai.
  While i submitted my resignation letter, my current employer started delaying the paper work and as a result the lead time given by my employer in Dubai is getting over in another 10 days.
  My question to the forum is
  
  is it possible for someone, who has a current job visa in saudi Arabia to come to Dubai and take up a job without the current saudi job visa being cancelled?
  
  I request the forum members to kindly enlighten me on this.
