Trainer Position for Soft Skills

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am interested in the Training Officer Position with the reference SI-03, as advertised on the INTERNET.

I have experience in training gained through working in sales in pharmaceuticals industry, as I trained the medical representatives in areas including product knowledge, sales, customer service, time management and problem solving skills, etc..In addition, I worked as a Customer Service Trainer at the Institute of Enterprise and Development at Abu Dhabi University, furthermore, I taught English in Japan and South Korea.

I have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Arabic and English at all levels, regarding my verbal skills, I worked with people from different backgrounds and age groups through my previous roles in sales in Dubai, regarding my written skills, I prepared and presented the training material through my previous role as a Customer Service Trainer, also, I prepared and presented seminars while doing my Masters Degree in Molecular Biology, in addition, I am a highly motivated, energetic, result oriented professional, as I always focus on the results regardless the time and effort, furthermore, I have excellent time management and organizational skills, analytical and problem solving skills, I have also the ability to handle mutiple tasks, work under pressure to meet deadlines, work independently, as I managed the sales in Dubai on my own, built quality and long lasting business relationship with my clients, finally, I have computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Photoshop.

I have a Masters of Science in Molecular Biology from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Kuwait University.

I have a UAE driver's license, a car and available to start immediately.
