Help my brother is in need of help.......

• HI there my brother is in Dubai right now working in an Indian firm with very low salary. He tried to ask his boss to release him and give him the necessary papers for him to be able to work for another office. But he said no. But now suddenly without due noticed, he asked my brother to find another work and he will give him time to find work before cancelling the workin visa. I know its not fair but what can my brother do.
  
  Is it possible for you to advice us with regards to this matter?
  
  He is a data encoder and knows lots bout computer related work.
