Deciding on the best school

I am looking at 2 schools for 4 year old: The English School and Gulf School Montessori. Since she goes to Montessori here (USA) I am more inclined towards that school. We are moving to Kuwait in September 2008 for 1 year and I want my daughter to experience actually living in Kuwait, rather than being surrounded by expats the whole time. From the pictures I saw of the children at either of the schools, it look like TES seemed more geared towards expats, while Gulf Montessori actually had Arab children. I am also hoping to learn Arabic myself. I was wondering if Arabic women interact with non-Arab women as far as getting their children together for play dates and the like?
My daughter also takes ballet/tap/gymnastics here that I would love to continue over there. Also, if you guys could give me some links to swimming facilities as well as beach information, that would be awesome. I'd like to set ourselves up in this way so that we don't just get stuck at home. I am so excited to be moving and hoping for a memorable experience.
