You are right, there are a lot of bad things that happen in America, but the difference is that America actually has law, order, and an unbiased justice system. You can do what you want in Kuwait, but only as a Kuwaiti, and get away with it. Kuwaitis aren't responsible for their own actions and will never face the consequences of their ignorance. Start with your police force. Speed limits aren't enforced, seat belts and carseats aren't used. Why do you even have police here? To arrest and extort TCN's, that's why.
