Looking for job in Horticulture area

I am looking for job in Horticulture area with a focus on food crop grown under cover (mushroom growing) in a range from growing to harvesting. I also interested working in other horticulture are greenhouse or nursery production, fruit plant production, post harvest job (i.e. fruit picker, fruit packaging).
I able to do that if there is an employer who would sponsor me to work in New Zealand.

I have 15 years of work experiences in an Agriculture, 10 years in mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) cultivation and 5 years in Corn plantation. I also have 5 years of work experiences in Hospitality area in USA.
All of the experiences are mention on my CV, and I will submit to the employer who would sponsor me.
