level of education in Russia

• well russia is a great country it has what nigeria needs to estabish a zero illiteracy level with compliances and obedience to the terms it has been easy to acheive a high literacy level plesae concerning education i think my country nigeria has to establish bilateral agreements with the russian federation thanks
