warehouse data business

• hi: I'm currently living in spain and I am trying to convince my boyfriend to go and live in london with me for a while. the thing is that his English is not that great although I'm willing to help. He is a data warehouse marketing professsional and has a good job here in madrid but wants to get an even better paid job in London. Is that possible if his English is not that great at the moment?
