Working in Switzerland

• I’m from HK, holding British National Overseas Passport, can stay in Switzerland for 3 months. I would like to find a job or set up a business (freelance) in Switzerland.
  
  1) In the 1st 3 months, if can’t get a job, can I extend my visa in Switzerland?
  2) If set up a business, what kind of visa I should apply for and do I need to return to HK to apply?
