rules are changing
It pretty much depends on what your home country is, and of course which country you are traveling to.
The USA "used to" accept people with valid driver's license and proof of residence (i.e. record of landing), but since sept 11, things changed big time.
The PR is not a Canadian passport, it is a document that proof you are a landed immigrant in Canada.Anonymous 17 Nov 2005, 01:57 - Denuncia
