Perform Umra on Visit Visa

Deaer Sir,
I am the resident of UAE. My wife is on visit visa in Dubai. I want to perform UMRA with my wife when she will go back after 2 months.
Is is possible to perform UMRA, I mean, I am the resident and my wife is on Visit.
If possible, please guide me the procedure.
