Looking for a job in Holland

• I'm a Romanian native and i speak fluently English. I also plan to learn Dutch very quickly.
  I gratuated the Automatics and Computer Science university and i've been working as a Test Enginner for 3 years now.
  I am planning to move to relocate to Holland and I would like to find a job in QA/Test Engineering, but other IT fields would be good also.
