Moving from Italy to Holland: work

• Hi,
  
  I'm considering the idea of moving from Italy to Holland in the future: the economical situation in my country is growing worse every year.
  I graduated in Economics two years ago and speak a basic English at the moment.
  What would you suggest me? Which profiles are the most wanted in Dutch labour market?
  About language...is it sufficient mastering a good level of English to live in Netherlands? Or does someone have to learn Dutch too?
