Groningen; need a place for 2 persons for at least 2 years

• hi, me and friend of mine are going to study in groningen starting in september 08 and we need a place to live with 2 bedrooms. if possible an additional living room. price max. 700€ incl.
  
  we also would live with another one togehter in a 3 bedroom+livingroom apartment at a max. price of 950€ incl.
