Room availble in Amsterdam

  We can offer you a little room 8m^2, about 7 minutes walking from Station Amsterdam RAI (Subway/Metro 50 and 51, tram 4 and train). It is also near the big shopping centre Gelderlandplein. The room contains a 1 pers. high sleeper bed and underneath it a table with a chair and a computer with high-speed internet, a comfortable chair and a cupboard. There is a door to a balcony. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking. Some use of a washing machine is possible. In the house are 4 rooms. The price is 500 euro/month or 150 euro/week. Payment is in advance and there is a guarantor of 200 euro wich you get back when nothing is broken. If you stay for 12 months / 1 year, then you get the last month for free!
  Registration for this room is not possible. So when you need an official address for a scholarship, mail or something like that, you have to arrange your registration somewhere else with a friend. In the house live a mother and a 21 years old son. The room is for a quiet and clean person, just busy with work or study. If you are interested, than write an e-mail and talk about what you expect from the room and the people who live there and describe what you are doing during the day. Please, write in your letter if you need a registration or not. Also write your Dutch telephone number.
