American with College degree seeking work in Germany

• Hi, I am looking very hard to find a job within Germany. I really would rather be located within the area of Dusseldorf but I would consider any job that sounded right for me. My wife would like to teach English as a foreign language and I have a bachelor's in Information Technology/Computer Systems with about 2 years of actual work experience. (Currently serving as Assistant IT manager at a medical clinic in America) any help would be greatly appreciated and I am willing to call anywhere in Germany for potential job offers/interviews.
