There are lots of businesses that we can invest in; I’ve only listed those that I understand their in-depth. All these businesses will grow rapidly through re-investment.
There are other businesses such as:
a.) TRANSPORT BUSINESS
b.) WATER PRODUCTION
c.) EDUCATION
d.) FARMING BUSINESS
e.) RETAIL BUSINESS
On which I am still doing my feasibility studies.
Note: Banks can never give out 20% interest to anyone but very soon; this investment will be yielding nothing less than 25% within its 5-6 years of existence.

I want you to see to it that only one of these businesses listed can give birth to others thereby, building a limited liability company. There are some strategic locations that I have discovered, of which the investments can grow rapidly because these are the people’s needs. We can take advantage of them now that investors are yet to discover these areas of investment, if there are, they will be limited in number.
Please I plead, let us think beyond now but of the future.

I have plans A, B and C for use at different times to stand against all unexpected risks and unforeseen contingencies. The best is yet to come, may God help us. One love keeps us together.

The discount factor is @ 10%.
It is a viable business, because it gives a positive NPV.
