    I am professional and committed person with wide range of experience in administration, management and personnel functions. My experience of other career areas through self-employment and part-time has developed my flexibility and adaptability and is proof of my energy and individuality.

    I am able to take decision and act with authority and autonomy if necessary. I communicate effectively to make and builds contacts with other colleagues and external personnel. I have good memory and the ability to respond to change. I would describe myself as calm, confident, honest and hardworking. I am also very flexible and have the willingness and the ability to work and learn in different areas of an organisation.     EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

    6/10/08 Tiscali ltd, 1 Triangle business Park, Aylesbury, Customer Care is designated First & Second level support for customers with billing queries, outstanding order updates, or any other general account queries. My role involves the management of these customer queries as well as the customers overall experience.


    2003-2004- GiGes, Kingsbury Square, Aylesbury. I was the manager at this company, dealing with customer complaint, handling stock and etc.

    2001-2003- Sales Advisor, Anglain Home Improvement,
    Dealing with customer queries and complaints one the phone and face to face, as a part of my job I visited various customers advising them on what service was suitable for them. With regards to this I had to send out letters of confirmation of customers order and deal with complaints in a written format.

    1999-2001- Sales Assistant, BHS (British Homes Store)
    Whilst working at BHS I worked in different departments of the store. I was involved in store promotion methods and assisting the customers to take part in the promotions scheme. I also took part at various common sales assistant activities that involved tilling, cashing up, stock control and other activities.

    1998-1999- Till Operator, Tesco plc
    My role at Tesco was limited to the checkouts. My activities included ensuring that the products had the right codes and ensuring that a good customer service is provided at all times.

    For the past several years I have been the owner and manager of a well-established and successful Restaurant in Aylesbury. My main duties included running the daily of the business, customer enquires, financial side of the base and other function that make up the business. This experience has enabled me to improve my managerial skills in all aspects.

    I am writing to enquire if have any vacancies within your personnel department. I have completed my Honours degree in Business Management and Administration at the Coventry University.

    Currently I am working full-time with Tiscali; Customer Care is the designated First & Second level support for customers with billing queries, outstanding order updates, or any other general account queries. My role involves the management of these customer queries as well as the customers overall experience.

    Throughout my degree my free choice modules have been personnel, business organization and management. My final year dissertation was based on Shariah Law; part of my investigation was looking at how shariah operates in the market and different types of mortgages available.

    My skills have been further developed through my part-time work and leisure activities. My CV demonstrates the variety roles in the retail sector and the skills that I feel I have gained whilst in these employment. Overall, managing my time to complete my assignment on time alongside my part-time has made me understand the need for effective planning and to find some strategies which help me manage my time.

    I am an outgoing person who can talk to people at all levels and have been complimented on my ability to listen to other people. I can take responsibility for my own work and my own goals, but I enjoy working with other people to reach a common goal.

    My academic and work experience has taught me to work well with other people and to take responsibility for my own work. I have an outgoing personality and am keenly interested in good health through exercise and diet. One of my most important assets is my ability to listen to people.

    I have demonstrated strong research skills during project work and much of my experience has been within a team environment. I am able to take responsibility for my own work as well as being able to demonstrate leadership when required. Meeting deadlines has been a consistent part of my academic and working life and have learned how to communicate with people in situations which require to act. My academic skills have given me the ability to communicate effectively on paper as well as through presentations.
    During my time at university I have undertaken full-time study, part-time paid work and enjoyed my sport with the basketball team. I have prioritised each of these activities successfully.
