seeking advise

i came to philippines 1 yr ago to study mbbs,but now the governing body here has closed the mbbs program,and we are forced to study md here.as i have already finished 1st yr mbbs,can i now credit transfer to any other colleges anywhere in the 2nd yr mbbs?are there any colleges where i can get admission into mbbs 2nd yr?
