A list

  • Moscow , the capital of Russia, is over 850 years old.
The city's medieval history is still reflected in its radial-circle
structure: a set of radial streets turning into intercity
highways are crossed by several ring roads: the Boulevard Ring,
the Garden Ring, and Moscow Ring Road, "the boarder" of Moscow.
The center of the city is roughly formed by the Garden Ring.
Most businesses, restaurants, shopping and entertainment
centers are located within the Garden Ring.
Moscow's major radial avenues: Prospect Mira, Leningradsky,
Kutuzovsky Prospects, Prospect Vernadskogo, Leninsky Prospect,
are also popular business addresses and offer their residents
green parks and modern shopping facilities.
Moscow municipal transport: a well-developed net of metro
(subway), bus, trolley-bus and tram lines is making any area
of the city accessable without having a car.
However, there are several favorite residential areas
    in Moscow amongst expats:

    Patriarshiye Prudi (Patriarkh Ponds)
    Arbat
    Kropotkinskaya
    Tverskaya Street
    Chistiye Prudy (Clean Ponds)
    Tsvetnoy Boulevard
    Zamoskvorechiye
    Krasnaya Presnya / Barricadnaya
    Kutuzovsky Prospect
    Frunzenskaya
    Universitet
    Leninsky Prospect
    Prospect Mira
    Leningradsky Prospect
    Serebryany Bor
    Pokrovsky Hills

    Hope it helps
