Family Dependant Visa Enquiry with illigal entry to UK‏

Please can anyone help me? I am a Ukrainian National entered the UK without any visa 6 years ago.

Now I am preparing to apply for a visa as a dependant of my husband, whom I married in June 2008, marriage was in UK.

He has been working on HSMP for a 3 years.We've been had a relationship for about 2 years and live together. All paperwork to prove our relationship (bills, correspondence, photos) can be supplied.

I read something like I must have stayed in a relationship or marriage for two years...I wondering if this immigration law will help my application in anyway. But i don't have any viza...

Please, I will very much appreciate your reply...

P.S. I am ready to hire a solicitor firm if I feel that it can help my case and that I have any chances to join my husband without leaving him at all or for a very short period of time.
