Room -flatshare- offered Delft

  i have a room available in my 3 bedroom appartment.
  the room is 12m2. I have my own bedroom at the same size and we will both share the living room (20m2) with kitchen, as well as the bathroom (sep. toilet) and basement. Internet and washingmachine are available for your usage.
  
  I dont smoke myself and would appreciate yyou smoke on the balcony when u crave a cigarette.
  
  Pricing would be 450 per calender month, including all costs and usage of the above.
  
  Me, a working 24 year old, am not at home very often as I work in Amsterdam an dmake long days. Next to that i play sports most evenings and play a game in the weekend. Also need to travel a lot for work so you'll have the flat to your own most times.

  Probably I will go to work to Rotterdam during 2 or 3 months (end January until April) I will be interested in share a flat and I would like to live in Delft.
